24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within your appointment time, but your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
If you need to change your appointment, please call or use our online booking as soon as possible so we can accommodate others and adjust staff as needed.
