Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
We know things happen, so if you give us at least 24 hours we’ll happily reschedule or cancel without penalty. If you cancel inside 24 hours, don’t call ahead, or don’t show up, we may charge a fee to cover the reserved time and staffing.
If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service but may need to shorten it or rebook to avoid disrupting other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
