Cancellation policy
24 hours notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you tell us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer your time slot to another client and keeps our team on schedule. If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive significantly late, or do not show up, we may charge a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings.
If something urgent comes up, please call or text us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to work with you.
