To help the process run smooth there are a few things that you’ll need to do before the video (zoom) call. For video consultations you’ll need: - A WELL lit, noise reduced, clear background. - Phone tripod or secure place to prop phone. - Zoom Access The zoom is a comfortable introduction. We address your needs, my ability to assist with those needs, I look at the condition of your hair/scalp (Edges, Nape, Crown, Crown Center) and we set appointment date(s).
