If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time; if there is not enough time, we may need to reschedule and a late or shortened appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
