24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is required. If you need to change your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time; if your service must be shortened, we may still charge for the full scheduled service.
We know life happens and we’ll always consider emergencies. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment or a refund when appropriate.
