Limestone Personal Training is a health and wellness studio in Gainesville, GA. We are a local personal training studio run by certified trainers who work with you one on one to improve strength, mobility and overall fitness.
We offer a First Session with Fitness Assessment for first time clients, private Personal Training Session options including Private Session – 1 Hour and Private Session – 30 Minutes, and Assisted Stretching with Assisted Stretching – 1 Hour Session and Assisted Stretching – 30 Minute Session. For recovery and relaxation we provide Infrared Sauna Complementary Session and Infrared / Red Light Sauna - Walk-In, and therapy options such as Bemer (PEMF) / Vibration Plate.
You can find us at 2480 Limestone Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501. We are open Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. You can book an appointment online from this page to schedule your first visit or any follow-up session.

Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you no-show, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you at booking how to cancel and if any fee applies. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the remaining time of your appointment but we may need to shorten the session and still consider it fulfilled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
