If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete as much of your service as time allows; depending on your arrival we may need to shorten the service or reschedule so we can keep other appointments on time. We will always communicate options with you politely and clearly.
