Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keep schedules fair.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your booked time; if the service cannot be completed properly because of your delay, we may need to reschedule and a late-arrival policy may apply. We will always communicate clearly and work with you when possible.
