Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours' notice, we will do our best to rebook you or refund according to the service type.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive significantly late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Late arrivals may have their session shortened so we can accommodate other clients and may also be considered a late cancellation. We will always communicate clearly about any fees and offer options to reschedule when possible. Please contact us as soon as your plans change so we can help.
