This option is ONLY for those that I have seen previously for a 60 minute craniosacral session, please do not book if I have not worked a full length session with you before or you have reached out and received prior approval. OsteoFascial Integration has foundations in Craniosacral and Osteopathic work. This work is very gentle work that was specifically designed to ease the pain and discomfort for those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and other connective tissue disorders. This work is done with the client fully clothed and laying on their back, though the massage table can be adjusted if you prefer to be in a more reclined position.

This option is only for a FULL BODY massage with the need of focused work on two or more areas experiencing acute or chronic conditions . This option will incorporate stretching, light touch modalities such as neurovascular release and joint mobilization, as well as deep tissue work. Please do not select if you do not like light touch work that requires some longer holds. Please do not select if you're looking only for a relaxation massage.
