If you cancel or move with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a fee to cover the reserved time. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and will need to prepay or provide a card on file to book future visits.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests. We’ll always communicate options when you arrive late.
