24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to rebook you without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to accept future bookings without prepayment. If you are running late, please call or message us — we will try to accommodate you when possible, but appointments may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and full service may not be possible.
