24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer your time to another client.
If you cancel or reschedule inside that window, arrive very late, or do not show up, we may be charged a fee and we may charge a late-cancellation or no-show fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
If something unexpected happens, please call or text us as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you.
