Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily move or cancel your booking without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee to cover the time and supplies reserved for you. We will let you know the fee when we contact you after the missed or late appointment.
Please call or message us as soon as you know you need to change your booking so we can try to accommodate you and other clients.
