24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard. If you give less than 24 hours, a late cancellation may be charged a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you arrive on time; if you are late we may shorten the service to avoid delaying other clients and a late arrival may affect your service or incur a fee.
We understand life happens. To change a booking, please call or text us as soon as you can so we can rebook your slot. Fees are applied fairly and communicated at booking or before charging.
