Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
