Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you give us at least 24 hours notice, we will happily reschedule without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive late for your appointment, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book and could require prepayment for future visits.
If you are running late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you. If your service must be shortened due to lateness, you may still be responsible for the full service price.
