We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer your spot to another client. If you cancel or move your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled so we can stay on time for all clients.
