Cancellation policy
We ask that you give 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. When you cancel with that notice we will happily rebook you without penalty. If you cancel with less notice or do not show, we may be charged a fee and will let you know when that applies.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your service within the remaining time. If your service must be shortened or rescheduled because of a late arrival, you may be charged for the portion reserved. We appreciate clear communication so we can serve everyone on schedule.
