Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer the time to another guest and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you your full service; however, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. If the shortened service is not acceptable, it may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur the same fee.
