Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please call or use our online booking tool to change appointments so we can offer the time to other guests.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we may charge a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, or arrive so late we cannot complete the service, this may also result in a charge. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments without a deposit.
If you are running late, please call; we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee full service if timing doesn’t allow.
