Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. This allows us to offer the appointment to other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your late cancellation may be charged a fee. A no-show for your appointment may also be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and a late or rescheduled appointment may be subject to a fee.
