24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We may need to reduce or reschedule your service if you arrive late so other appointments stay on time. If you know you’ll be late, please call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
