Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer that slot to another client.
If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show up at all, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when the charge applies and how to pay it. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. If an emergency happens, please call us as soon as you can and we will work with you.
