Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to change your booking, please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation so we can offer your spot to another client.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will try to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other guests; a shortened appointment may still incur full or partial charges. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can affect future booking privileges. If an emergency arises, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
