We ask for 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please call or message us through the booking app so we can offer the time to another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within your booked time; if the full service can’t be completed we may need to reschedule and a late or missed-service fee may apply.
