Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please call or use our online booking system to change your appointment so we can offer the time to another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when that applies and how to settle it before your next booking.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated late arrivals could affect future bookings.
