Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice we will work with you to find a new time without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you when that fee applies and how to settle it before booking again. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online.
If you expect to be late, call us—short delays may be accommodated when possible.
