If you cancel after the 24-hour window or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments or require a deposit for future services.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but your service may be shortened so we can respect the next guest’s time; a late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation in some cases.
