Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer your appointment time to other clients and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the situation when you book and remind you before your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened so other clients are not delayed. Repeated late arrivals could also result in a fee or requirement to prepay future bookings.
