Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

If you give less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, a late cancellation or no-show may be charged a fee.
