We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the appointment to another guest. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other guests; a late arrival may also result in a fee. We will always communicate clearly about any charges and work with you when there are unexpected emergencies.
