Cancellation policy
24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so we can rebook the slot.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide the remaining service within your appointment time; if the service cannot be completed we may ask you to reschedule and a late or missed appointment fee may apply.
We appreciate clear communication and will work with you when possible.
