Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation as soon as you know you need to change your appointment.
If you cancel after 24 hours, if you don’t show up, or if you arrive so late we cannot complete your service, we may charge a fee to cover the artist’s time. We will always explain the charge when it happens.
If you arrive late we will do our best to complete as much of your service as possible in the remaining time; if we must shorten or reschedule, the same late-cancellation rules apply.
