24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will happily rebook you without a fee. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee to hold future bookings.
Please arrive on time. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid affecting other clients. Any fee is handled on a case-by-case basis and we will explain it when applying it.
