We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer your appointment time to another guest and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel late or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know at booking how to avoid or resolve any fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your service within the remaining appointment time; depending on the service and schedule we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients.
