We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a late cancellation may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; depending on the remaining time we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to give other clients their full appointments. Fees for late cancellations, no-shows, or shortened services will be applied according to our scheduling policy.
