Cancellation policy

We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through the booking system so we can reassign the appointment time. Arrivals more than a few minutes late may have their service shortened to fit the schedule, or we may need to reschedule you to keep later clients on time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee to cover lost appointment time. If you know you’ll be late, call us as soon as possible so we can advise whether we can still accommodate your service.
