24 hours of notice is our standard for canceling or moving an appointment. We ask that you let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the time to other guests. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the remaining service in the time booked; if the full service cannot be completed, we may need to reschedule and a late-arrival fee may apply. We appreciate clear communication and will always explain any charges before they are applied.
