Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the time to another guest. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the remaining scheduled service time, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online.
