24 hours notice to cancel or move a booking. We ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours’ notice, are a no-show, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee or forfeit any deposit. We will let you know if a fee applies and explain how it is collected.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the service within your remaining time; if the service must be shortened or rescheduled we may charge for the original appointment time.
