Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This gives us a chance to rebook the time and keeps things fair for other clients. If you cancel or reschedule inside that window, or if you don’t show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but if the service must be shortened or rescheduled because of your late arrival, the regular price still applies and a late or reschedule fee may be charged. We’ll always communicate clearly about any charges before collecting them.
