We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This gives us a chance to offer the time to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and a late-cancellation or no-show fee may apply.
We appreciate clear communication—call or message us as soon as you know you must change plans.
