We ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation so we can open the slot for other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.
