We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours' notice there is no charge and we will happily find a new time that works for you.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. If you are running late, please call us as soon as you can; we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to adjust your service to avoid delaying other guests.
