Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. Please notify us by phone or the booking system so we can offer your slot to another client.
If you cancel after the 24-hour window, miss your appointment, or arrive so late we cannot safely complete your service, you may be charged a fee. Fees are applied to cover the reserved time and any staff preparation.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to find a new time that works. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
