Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to other clients. If you cancel or reschedule with 24 hours or more notice, we will happily help you find a new time at no penalty.
If you cancel late, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when you book what to expect and will apply any fee consistently and fairly. If you are running late, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
