Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to another guest and keep our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know if a fee applies and how to pay it. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the time remaining; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and the late or shortened appointment may be treated like a late cancellation.
