Hands On Body Work

Hands On Body Work is a small, in‑home relaxation space in Montpelier designed for comfort, calm, and grounding. My studio is quiet, clean, and warmly lit, with soft music and a peaceful atmosphere that helps clients unwind the moment they arrive. I offer gentle, non‑therapeutic bodywork and face massage from a place of presence and care. Sessions are slow, soothing, and intuitive — focused on helping your nervous system settle, not on clinical or medical treatment. Because I live with a chronic illness, I work from home and keep my practice simple, intentional, and respectful.
